Camp was very clean, newer facilities, not crowded. Wished Ice was available on site, but Pierre was very close.

License Plates for registration

License plates for registered campers might need to be added and staff drive through confirmation. Cabin was full of bugs, alive and dead, somewhat expected but this one had a lot of ladybug looking ones and flies.

Get out to your State Parks

Beautiful place to wake up on the water and star gaze at night. There is noise pollution from nearby train tracks that is somewhat bothersome but was otherwise quite and cabin was nice and warm for a frosty night's stay.

lovely place but...

This camping park is lovely. Restrooms and campsites are clean. Our only issue is that there were no dumpsters in the park. The only one we could find was located near the dump station at the entrance to the park. Please add dumpsters!!

Great stay!

Great clean campground. Bathhouses modern, up to date and clean. Saw park staff cleaning around campground almost daily.

Some days

The road going to the east campground needs totally redone! If you are driving into the campground slow down! Improvements need to be made! Gravel needs to be placed around fire pits. If it rains, the are sitting underwater and nothing but a big pile of mud around the pit.
